If you’d like to send something as a gift, simply type in the lucky recipient’s name and address when you’re placing the order online. Only one delivery/shipping address can be used per order – so if you’re sending gifts to multiple people you’ll need to place a separate order for each address.
By ticking ‘Other note (non-delivery)’ located in the ‘Delivery’ section of our Checkout page, a box will open for you to add a gift message (up to 300 characters long) which will appear on the paperwork enclosed in the parcel.
I am sorry to say that currently we do not offer this service.
If you have received a gift from Boden that’s not your cup of tea, please contact us with your order number to hand, and we will be happy to look into this further. Just so you know, we will need to keep the ‘gift giver’ informed.
