To ensure the health and safety of our staff, our returns are taking a little longer to process than normal.

  • WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    For all transactions, exclusions apply (see below)*
    For purchases made through boden.eu we operate a no quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 3 months of receipt (although this is reduced to 14 days on sale goods), we'll give you back the amount you paid for the item (see postage and packing cost terms) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked. Sorry, but we're unable to offer exchanges on orders paid for via PayPal. 

    *Please note: Earrings (where the internal packaging seal has been broken), swimwear (where the hygiene strips have been removed) and face covering products (where packaging has been opened) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty. With Cowshed products, if the product has been used or the seal has been broken then the whole set is non-refundable.

    If you are sending your order back to us, please fill in and enclose the form attached to your delivery note. You can (if you like) let us know that you are going to send back the item by filling in and sending us the form found here, but it is not necessary to do so.

    After this period, until the first anniversary of your order arriving, you can still return anything that does not meet your naturally high quality expectations (things like wear and tear are included, though garments that have been mauled by pets, drawn on by nephews, worn while decorating and so forth, don't qualify). So if you're not happy, we will give you account credit for the amount you paid for that item. Should anything spring a fault in the first 6 months, we will, of course, give you your money back. 

    When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply. 

    For international orders we have teamed up with ReBOUND to offer you the cheapest and most efficient returns possible. We still accept returns 3 months from your order and all the same conditions apply as UK returns. Click here to find out if you are able to use ReBOUND returns from your country and how long returns will take.

  • WILL BREXIT AFFECT MY RETURNS?

    We’re still here, brightening days one spotty parcel at a time, and will be processing returns as usual. To avoid delays, please send your unwanted items to our new returns address in Germany:

    Please follow the usual method to return any unwanted items. This information can be found under ‘How to return an order?’ 

  • WILL I GET BACK THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES THAT I PAID IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within 14 days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

    If you paid for faster delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have three months to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).

    You can just send the products back to cancel, but if you want to you can use the cancellation form here.

  • LOST YOUR RETURNS FORM?

    Don’t despair! You can print a copy of your order from your online account. Alternatively, a note with the following information will do:

    1. Your name, address, and phone number.

    2. Your order number.

    3. Item code(s) and reason for the return(s).

    4. Whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Sorry, but we’re unable to offer exchanges on orders paid for via PayPal. Please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURNS?

    We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 14 days when we're very busy.

  • WHAT’S YOUR RETURNS POLICY DURING A SALE?

    Our 3 month return period does not apply for sales goods: Clearance or sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order for a cash refund.

    • Swimwear (where the hygiene strips have been removed) and earrings (where the internal packaging seal has been broken) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty. 
    • Cowshed products - if the product has been used or the seal has been broken then the whole set is non-refundable.
    • Face covering products - we aren’t able to accept returns for any opened packages, due to hygiene reasons.
  • WILL I LOSE MY OFFER IF I RETURN AN ITEM?

    Your offer will still apply, unless all of your items are returned, or you no longer qualify for the promotion (as outlined in the offer T&C’s). 

  • CAN I RETURN MORE THAN ONE ORDER IN A PARCEL?

    Certainly, but please ensure that the correct paperwork for each order is enclosed in your returns parcel. It would be really helpful if each order can be separated, so that it’s clear which items belong to which order.
